The plugin is called Contest Burner. With Contest Burner you have a contest on your website. Users get points for liking your Facebook page, signing up to your email list, Tweeting, commenting, subscribing to your Youtube channel and more.

This is one of the best plugins I have used that incorporates Facebook with a WordPress website.
